In the meantime the Ministry of Education started negotiations how to avoid scandals next year. István Klinghammer, rector of Eötvös University (ELTE), Budapest, chairman of the Hungarian Conference of Rectors said there had been subjects which did not prove to be popular enough to be started. According to the informations of the daily Magyar Hírlap the Ministry of Education tries to avoid scandals occurred this year and carries on consultations with experts about corrections of the present method of tests and scores and about a reliable protection of school-leaving examination topics.
