The prosecutor’s office has heard Attila Kulcsár not as a suspect but as a witness several times in October. Attila Kulcsár has been in house arrest since September 30. Police sources say only the authorities in Cyprus are unwilling to give information about companies affected in the K&H Equities fraud and scandal. The hearing of a witness as such is important because a witness is expected by the law to tell the truth. Most of the requests for information have been met by the international legal advice service and they have confirmed the suspicion that behind Britton, Balmoral and Montrade companies there were Attila Kulcsár, Henrik Schönthal, and Csaba Kerék standing.
