CONSTITUTIONAL COURT DISCIPLINED?

The delegates of the parliamentary parties did not succeed in agreeing in the person of the third would-be Justice of the Constitutional Court.

So the parliament can decide in the matter in February as earliest. The Hungarian Socialist Party delays the decision referring to the dignity of the Constitutional Court while the opposition claims the Socialists wish to discipline the body for its earlier verdicts. Róbert Répássy MP (Fidesz) said they were ready for an honest compromise but Pál Vastagh MP,(Hungarian Socialist Party) said they would vote only in the case if all three candidates were accepted.
