The self-government sues the Ministry for HUF 363 million in damages. The office has rejected the application without even opening the envelope, explaining the decision with lack of sources. Albert Takács examined the case and his verdict was that the procedure had been illegal. The court rules in the case in February. If other self-governments follow the example of Nagykőrös, the Ministry will be in a difficult position.
