Not all the affected districts have received the model of calculation and the exact data. Though since January there is a law regulating the incomes going to the capital and the districts together, the usual debate about its distribution has been renewed. This year not only the mayors of the opposition criticize the procedure of the leaders of Budapest. Mayor Demszky had invited earlier only Socialist and Free Democrat mayors of districts to discuss how to distribute HUF 160 billion. The Socialist mayor of the XV. district turns to the Constitutional Court and to the administrative court because he claims the capital causes a damage of HUF 327 million to his district.
