MUCH MONEY FOR GOVERMENT PROPAGANDA

This year the Prime Minister’s Office will spend more than HUF 1,5 billion to inform the population, at least that much money stands for it in the budget. So the communication expenditure of the government increases in a significant manner.

The taxpayers’ money will be also spent over this sum as the ministries have a separate budget and there is another sum set aside for information about EU affairs. The tenders have been already published, there are opinion poll tenders, advertisements, creative advertisement and printing tenders announced for one year and a half, just until the next elections to evade problems of public acquisition during the election campaign.
