Already this year the government wants to sell four institutes of quality and safety control. The new privatization plan is the result of a government edict which makes Tibor Draskovics, Ministry of Finance and the Minister of Economy responsible for the execution. Tibor Draskovics said to Hír TV that he did not know about the plan but he would be pleased to look after it. The action endangers the standard of Hungarian quality and safety control and can make the buyers even more unprotected. If the privatization is necessary, at least it is demanded by experts that the investors represent firms with the necessary conditions of the work to protect the interests of consumers.
