János Cserni, judge of the Metropolitan Court specialized in media lawsuits has lost his suit against journalist Imre M. Szabó as the municipal court of Székesfehérvár dropped the charge of libel for lack of evidence. Miklós Suray, judge of the lawsuit said it was just a critical opinion of the journalist expressed in a proper way and there was not even the suspicion of a crime. The verdict is appealable.
