The demonstrators wore black uniforms similar to those of the Fascist Hlinka guard, under Slovakian and Romanian flags and banners with the inscripton ’Stop Hungarian chauvinism!’ and heard speeches and read out letters from Romanian and Serbian neofascist organizations. Finally they played the French national anthem and cheered France, glorifying the 1920 Peace Treaty which partitioned Hungary.
