Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsány has violated the rules of the economic law when he transferred the property rights of Altus Holding to the director general of the company. Altus Holding is the flagship of the Premier’s empire of companies. The Prime Minister did not keep his promise, either, because he represented the interests of his companies last September as Prime Minister-in-waiting. Premier Gyurcsány promised when he was Minister of Youth and Sports to quit business life to prevent any suspicions about his companies privatized to the detriment of the taxpayers. The documents of the court of registration show the fact that the Prime Minister has not given up the direction of his companies and the decisions about the payment of dividends bear his signature.
