The court of first instance annulled the privatization tender of Budapest Airport Company and the Supreme Public Prosecutor’s Office ordered an investigation into the case of the airport management. A strike committee has been formed in the airport and the trade unions turn to the Constitutional Court with their petition. The developments can stop the whole privatization process.
