MEDGYESSY: NO COMMENT

Prime Minister Péter Medgyessy has no opinion about Péter Bárándy’s case. The Minister of Justice had told an untruth about the K&H broker case and the Premier evaded the question of Magyar Nemzet yesterday by saying he did not know what the question referred to.

The Minister of Justice previously denied he had ever met Attila Kulcsár but later he corrected himself and said he had no ’genuine’ conversation with the ex-broker. Ervin Demeter MP (Fidesz) put the question: ’What can one expect of a government where the Minister of Justice tells untruth?’ Sándor Font MP (Hungarian Democratic Forum) said by this the most popular minister of the cabinet became discredited.
