The concentrate to be exported was produced by Traubi Hungária Company owned by Salamon Berkowitz, an American businessman settled in Hungary. The confiscated concentrate bore the logo Traubisoda protected by Ráthonyi Company in Debrecen. There is a decade-long legal dispute behind the case and the present procedure was a pioneer step to prevent Salamon Berkowitz from the usurpation of rights to use the name of the popular soft drink.
