The Ministry of Health wants to introduce a service for the patients who could order medicines to their home by couriers. The future of the idea depends on the modification of the regulation concerning the safe handling of medicines. The chairperson of the Hungarian Chamber of Pharmacists finds the piece of news surprising. Mrs Katalin Szatmári Hável said this could not work like ordering pizza. Imre Somody, entrepreneur has recently founded a new firm called Medicine Courier Ltd headed by István Langer, former manager of a German medicine manufacturer, but it is not known if this new firm has anything to do with the plans of the Ministry of Health.
