The court has ruled second time in favour of doctors suing for unpaid duty fees. A family doctor in Balatonederics sued the local self-government for the unpaid duty fees and the court in the second instance also found the doctor’s request legal. The sentence is valid. One of its officials asks the Hungarian Medical Chamber to initiate a legal process against the Hungarian state with the European Commission.
