The government can delegate two members into the management and according to Botond Aba there was only a change of persons. Endre Berki has been in close working contact with János Kóka since the ’nineties, in several companies they have been in leading positions together or changing each other, mainly in Elender Ltd and Elender Informatic Holding, Elender Computer Ltd, and Webigen Holding. Berki’s name appeared until November last year in the supervising committee of Meditcom Medical Information and Communication Ltd partly owned by János Kóka and since this March he has been the member of the supervising committee of State Motorway Management Company.
Last week the economic department of the Budapest Police started an investigation in the case of fraud suspected beyond reasonable doubt against the road management and coordination department of the Ministry of Economy headed by László Horváth, appointed this April who had been working for Elender Ltd, too. They suspect the department has spent tens of millions of forints for cars and office equipments without any reason.
