ANONYMOUS CAMPAIGN REVEALED

Letters have been sent to Indymedia, an independent internet news portal from the server of the investment and acquisition department of the Ministry of Defence. In the letters local citizens criticize protests against the locator statition planned for Zengő hill – Magyar Nemzet has been informed by Márton Vay, member of NGO Védegylet.

The editor of Indymedia discovered the origin of the letters by a programme called Wigwam. The letters purported to be objective and neutral appeared on the internet forum told about politically inspired motivations of a loud minority. Péter Matyuc, communications director of the Ministry of Defence said there was not any problem with the fact that one of his colleagues sent such letters though this activity was not part of the official communication of the Ministry.
