The farmers have only a week to apply, but only those who had made themselves registered. The minister said so far more than 283 thousand farmers did so. There have been misunderstandings about the system, too as it has turned out that subsidies are paid as national subsidies as part of the agricultural top-up of the European Union, in spite of the farmers’ demonstrations.
