The site is most suitable for a fashionable residential park. The leaders want a site in exchange in the Pest side of the city. There is a several hundred m2 villa on the site with a smaller building and a swimming pool. The compound has been valued for HUF 951 million and a study of the mayor’s office points out that it is not suitable for its present purpose.
