The Prime Minister’s Office pays more than HUF 6 million in 2004 to a private company which has to supervise the operation of the Office to keep the ’transparent pocket’ law. István Király, managing director of 3G-Consulting Ltd has told Magyar Nemzet that his company won the tender last year and so far they did not find any irregularities. István Király had been one of the directors of Inhold Company (once founded by the short-lived successor of the Communist Youth Association).
Inhost Ltd, also belonging to Inhold Company, has also won a commission: it helps the Chancellery in planning its budget for a monthly HUF 750 000. Róbert Répássy MP (Fidesz) has expressed his astonishment concerning these curious commissions saying that the execution of the law should not be handed over to external firms.
