Arieh Rubin, chairman of the foundation said the Nazis would spend their last peaceful night in Hungary and called on Hungarian people to inform them about lurking Nazis by telephone. Efraim Zuroff, director of the Wiesenthal Centre said the information would be carefully investigated and names would be published only when legal actions were started. László Karsai, historian has called the ’Last Chance Action’ a total failure while another historian, Iván Beer said Jews had a good memory and they remembered even for 3500 years any nation that was once their enemy.
