György Kolláth, constitutional lawyer says the petition is not timely because the public at large has not even accepted yet the abolition of death sentence, either. The Constitutional Court has registered the petition. Criminals call the life sentence ’slow death’. According to the young lawyer the real sentence for life causes hopelessness and crushes human dignity.
