FORRÓ SUSPECTED OF FRAUD

The ex-journalist can defend himself at large. The former anchorman of the morning programme Nap-Kelte in public television disappeared without facing fellow-journalists.

Yesterday Tamás Forró journalist was heard suspected of fraud by the National Bureau of Investigation. According to the police there is a well-founded suspicion that Forró had taken part in the K&H fraud of several billions. Mr Forró appeared at 9 a.m. at the main entrance of the Bureau in Aaradi street and two hopurs later left at the back entrance. It is said Tamás Forró is suspected in the embezzlement of HUF 36 billion as a partner of Attila Kulcsár but the journalist denies the charge.
