The press department of the ministry has recognized that Csaba Czeglédy had a pass since 2002 though at that time he was not convicted. It was György Ipkovich, mayor of Szombathely who asked Miklós Hankó Faragó to provide the pass for Czeglédy as ’his personal commissioner’.
The Ministry of Justice said the unexpected withdrawal became possible because Mr Ipkovich yesterday took his oath as a new MP so he might require a pass for his advisors. Csaba Czeglédy was punished for fraud and tax evasion but the execution of the sentence was suspended.
