The NGOs in Balatonboglár have not come to an agreement with the motorway management and they decided to demonstrate by slowing down traffic there to warn of the intolerable heavy lorry traffic. The traffic signs show the possibility of the new route but the trucks heavier than 7,7 tons still roar through Balatonboglár and Balatonlelle. The prohibition refers only to the transit traffic and local transporters cannot be obliged to buy motorway stickers. The engineer responsible for traffic regulation said this was a political question but the desperate residents of Balatonboglár do not share this opinion as they experience that even the Adriatic transit traffic goes through their town and after the weekend stop the lorries still start from the old parking lots along the old route.
