From November no one can claim damages from the state if a person suffers a permanent disability or dies of the consequences of compulsory vaccination. The refusal of prescribed compulsory vaccination of children can be punished even by imprisonment. Tamás Simon, lawyer, specialized for such cases finds the law shocking mainly in the first case as it is the state that obliges citizens to accept vaccination.
