A regulation deprives about three hundred infertile couples annually of the possibility that they could have a child by a special method of artificial insemination. The planned amendment of the law makes it possible that women could give eggs to their close relatives. Some experts claim this option should be given even to close friends and relatives as well. Civil right lawyers support the lightening of the conditions but the health insurance covers only a part of the procedure.
