New Parliament Convenes on Saturday: Here Is the New Seating Arrangement in the Chamber

The seating arrangement for Hungary’s new National Assembly has now been finalized. While parliamentary tradition remains unchanged, the new political balance of power has dramatically reshaped the chamber. After a decade and a half, Fidesz will now sit on the opposite side of the assembly hall, with Christian Democratic (KDNP) lawmakers physically positioned between the two largest parliamentary blocs.
