Sándor Bányai, former expert said the Ministry had influenced their work. During a session of their committee they had a phone call from the ministry instructing them about sums to be given to certain competitors. This committee decided about the support of festivals and nationwide programmes. This committee has been chaired by Tamás Hudák, representative of the the Heves County Socialist Assembly who favoured his own organizations several times.
