Yesterday Ferenc Gyurcsány practically finished his talks with ministers of the outgoing cabinet. Gyurcsány has refused to talk about the future cabinet or his programme. The designated Prime Minister was booed and hissed at his first public programme when he received the sportsmen returning from the Olympic Games while Pál Schmitt, chairman of the National Olympic Committee was greeted with a tremendous applause. Mr Gyurcsány did not speak to the audience and his office said he had not intended to make a speech and had been prepared for such a reception.
