The civil right movements claim that in spite of the fine promises and the whole media campaign the government does not wish to protect victims of violence in the family. There is no trace in the budget that they thought of helping the victims, only homeless asylums are planned to be enlarged that is they find it natural that victims of family violence should leave their homes. The petition asks the parliament to put pressure on the government to execute its decisions.
