Twenty-one tons of Moroccan green peppers highly contaminated with pesticide were imported by MO-TA Ltd in mid-February. Twelve tons have been already withdrawn and the rest is being examined, a smaller part of the imported shipment is still not found.
In the Tesco store in Fogarasi út in Budapest they said they were still selling the poisonous green peppers. The consignment underwent a routine checking in Kaposvár at a Match store and several consignments have been found in the chains of Match and Cora stores.
