TAMÁS LEISZTINGER BEHIND THE SCENES

State Privatization Company (ÁPV Rt) has made a loss by selling Alcsisziget Agricultural Company. In the privatization process Tamás Lesztinger, Socialist big entrepreneur has also turned up. The state owned company was sold without any tender. The agricultural company was sold for HUF 640 million instead of the HUF 1 billion market price. The buyer, Kornfarm Ltd could buy the agricultural company paying ten pc of the total price with compensation shares counted on a rate of 174,2 pc instead of the 127 pc stock exchange rate.
