A 62 years old Catholic priest has been brutally assaulted in his parish office. The attackers have beaten up the old priest in the VIII. district because they thought he offended the memory of their brother passed away without blessing his grave. József L. suspect of the crime was arrested yesterday and he was interrogated by the police. The local Romany self-government had assisted the police in the investigation. The parson had to hurry to another burial that was why he missed the last act of the burial rite. Parson Imre Khirer, who is in hospital for his serious wounds to be treated said he had been serving in his parish for 21 years and he had never any incident of this sort and his conscience was clear.
