The examination of Health Consumer Powerhouse ranks highest the health services of Holland, Switzerland and Germany. The survey shows a mixed picture, Sweden is champion in the quality of medical treatment but it has a poor score in the question of easy access to treatments. The authors of the report recognize the difficulty of comparing different systems and Poland, Hungary and Estonia have a relatively good general picture in spite of the fact that they spend much less of their GDP for their health services than the Western European countries.
