Yesterday the Supreme Court announced its verdict to harmonize legislation and ruled that the sale, exchange and mortgage of other people’s property was regarded not only as embezzlement but fraud and forgery as well It is expected the Supreme Court will analyze the connections of assisting illegal immigration and criminal organizations early in December. The novelty of the decision is that the preparation of false documents for recording transfer of title in the land registry aggravates the crime of fraud. Today the Constitutional Court will discuss again the law of 1997 which authorizes the Supreme Court to direct the sentencing practice by obligatory decisions.
