Eravis Company and Arago Company owned by Tamás Leisztinger, a businessman close to the Socialists, are majority owners of Öböl Ltd founded by the self-government, into which the real estates on the Danube bank were brought in as assets at the end of last year.
Öböl Ltd was established with a HUF 867 million authorized capital: cash was HUF 1 million, the rest was the real estate property brought in as assets for HUF 866 million. László Balás-Piri, head of the district Fidesz faction does not know about the real estate having been assessed before – anyhow he said the real estate was ’invaluable’. This may be the last business deal of Mr Leisztinger, believed to be the third richest Hungarian as he wants to return to his original occupation in August and is going to work again as a physicist.
