Another entrepreneur has turned to Magyar Nemzet with the complaint that the government retained illegally the support he had won from Széchenyi Plan during the Orbán government. When Magyar Nemzet started to collect informations in the case, the Ministry of Economy suddenly promised to transfer the money. The Orbán government announced a competition for renewing the old truck parks and Reil Trans Ltd won a HUF 6 million 150 000 sum in 2001 and the finishing date of the investment was March 2004 but the Ministry would not pay HUF 5 million out of the full subsidy in spite of the terms of the contract signed in April 2002. The company considers filing a suit for damages.
