STATE PRIVATIZATION COMPANY WASTING MONEY

The recreation of the employees of the company cost HUF 221 million last year.

Though the income of the State Privatization Company (ÁPV Rt) fell to the half of 2002 last year, according to a document in possession of Magyar Nemzet this had a reciprocal effect on the wages and allowances in ÁPV Company. Premiums have been doubled and supports to help the recreation of employees have been five times more than in the previous year.

In 2003 there were 244 employees in the company and the basic wages rose from HUF 916 million to 1,81 billion while the recreation of the employees cost HUF 221 million. There were large increases of different allowances and premiums, too – five times more were distributed than in the previous year.
