SUITS FOR OLD POST OFFICES

So far five hundred small villages have signalled they are ready to demonstrate for restoring permanent postal services, while three villages have turned to the court in the case.

László Köteles, mayor of Komlóska (400 inhabitants) wants to file a suit against Hungarian Post Company with two other villages to restore permanent postal services. Earlier they turned to the National Communication Authority which has stated that the Post Company failed to inform the villages and the mobile post office doies not work properly. Mr Köteles said this policy wants to liquidate small communities.
