Socialist sources claim that throwing in names like this is just a trick of desinformation, within the party other names are mentioned. The daily Népszava has referred to the suspicion of Ferenc Gyurcsány that the public prosecutors leak out information intentionally about the Kulcsár case in Magyar Nemzet though it mentioned only the hearing of Hajnalka Pinizsi, former assistent of Kulcsár.
Ferenc Baja, the political secretary of the Chancellery met Kulcsár seven times according to the diary of the broker but well-informed sources claim it was not Ferenc Baja who played a great role in Kulcsár’s activities but another prominent Socialist politician. Ferenc Baja is regarded as a victim of the change of Premiers in Socialist circles.
