Mr Gráf, then MP of Szigetvár (Hungarian Socialist Party) was not found guilty at that time though he was a member of the supervising committee of one of the cover companies of the scheme called Kód Company. In the case it was the Baranya County police which led the investigation, headed by Péter Lusztig, former MP of the Hungarian Socialist Party.
Péter Lusztig’s common-law wife was one of the convicts of the pyramid scheme. Józseg Gráf said later he did not know about the scheme though he and his family had been business partners of another company involved in the case, led by Mrs Tribuszer and Béla Kiss Gecse.
