The pharmacists consider turning to the Constitutional Court to revise the amendment of the law which prescribes the cases when they are supposed to sell their medicines on discount prices. This law seems for them untenable and their union will decide tomorrow about measure to be made.
The essence of the new regulation is that pharmacists will have to give the same discount which they receive from wholesale dealers. The regulation is problematic because wholesalers usually give discounts after a package of orders and not in the prices of specified medicines.
