The director is going to file a suit at the labour court, Magyar Nemzet has been informed. After the dismissal the minister appointed Zoltán Jenei, undersecretary as a commissioner of the minister to lead the institution with a monthly salary of HUF 300 000. After his appointment Zoltán Jenei left for a summer holiday of a month.
Before the dismissal the minister announced a competition in March for the post and one of the competitors was István Szilvásy, brother of György Szilvásy, cabinet chief of the Premier. A new order of the Ministry of Health, however, prescribed a degree in health management for the post, so a new competition had to be announced by the minister.
