The majority of the winners so far have not met the obligations of the competition. There are among the winners the public television, one of its companies, Pécs TV, Magyar ATV attached to the Congregation of Faith, St. Plusz Ltd owned by Tamás Gyárfás, producer of Nap-kelte, the morning programme of the public television, and Kölcsey TV in Nyíregyháza to be bought by László Kapolyi, a billionaire of the Socialist Party.
The Ministry of Informatics led by the Free Democrats announced the competition to popularize the European Union. The winners have been obliged to digitalize, archive, and publish their materials on their websites but apart from a reference on the website of ATV there is no sign of this on the part of the winners. None of the affected media could explain this only Pécs TV claims they have archived all their materials which can be seen on their portal.
