HEAVY BILLIONS FOR DUBIOUS AIMS

’It is impossible to keep in secret even by creative tricks that the state debt of Hungary has been gradually increasing since 2002’, said Professor László Csaba, economist to Magyar Nemzet.

He said the government wanted to convince people about the opposite in vain in its paid announcements, the surveys testify that citizens saw no signs of any development and while several public institutions were on the brink of bankruptcy like the Opera House or ELTE University, heavy billions were squandered for dubious purposes. László Csaba thinks the introduction of new kinds of taxes are just redirection activities which are unable to improve the state budget.
