Eva Kaili Case Sends Clear Message to Peter Magyar: No One's Above the Law

"If an MEP is suspected of a crime, it is crucial that the same legal procedures apply to them as to any other Hungarian or European citizen. Suspending immunity ensures that justice can proceed unhindered and that the representative cannot hide behind their parliamentary immunity,” Fidesz MEP Erno Schaller-Baross told the daily Magyar Nemzet’s Brussels correspondent.
