A task force to combat drug trafficking will be set up starting in March, Csaba Domotor posted on his social media page.
In addition, regulations on drugs will be amended, up to the level of the constitution, and zero tolerance will be introduced,
the MEP of Fidesz highlighted.
As previously reported by Magyar Nemzet, Prime Minister Viktor Orban has declared war on the spread of drugs. He said the data on the rise in drug trafficking and consumption is alarming. He has therefore announced zero tolerance for drug traffickers.

On Thursday, the prime minister also announced that he appointed Laszlo Horvath as the government commissioner responsible for combating drug trafficking. As of March 1, the new commissioner will establish a task force to crack down on drug traffickers.
